Since quite a few of you said that what you disliked most about your body was your abs or stomach, I thought I would show you a quick and effective ab circuit that will help you to 'like' your abs once again! ;)

In this Ab Circuit, you will be doing 4 exercises:
*Plank (either on toes or knees)-hold 15 seconds
*Mountain Climber/Alligator - 10 each side
*Bird Dog - 6 each side
*Ab Curl (on stability ball)- 20
After first circuit, rest for 1 minute and then continue with circuit up to 6x. Rest in between each circuit, but do not rest in between exercises.
