I'm looking for a heart rate monitor that isn't going to be broadcast onto the machines of the people next to me. Does this mean I need to get a coded HRM? I'm very confused.

I need the movtivation cause im young and a mother!
Sorry im new to this but what i was trying to say is that im trying to see how can i loose weight faster...I have a 9 month baby and i im only 21 and i work in a office so im always sitting is there any way after work i can get my work out with my daughter? or what is the best lunch?....and what should i eat for breakfast?

Take this challenge and burn some fat while you do!
Here are the exercises to complete the BW 100:
20 Prisoner Squats
20 Push ups
10 Jumps
10 Inverted Rows
20 Alternating Forward Lunges
15 Close-grip Push ups
5 Chin-ups or Inverted Rows
Below you will find the video which explains all of the exercises if you are unsure of how to do them. You are to do it in less than 9 minutes...thats the challenge!

Give this fat burning circuit a try in place of your long, boring cardio!
Squats x 20
Pushups x 12
Mountain Climber x 10 each leg
Alternating Forward lunges x 10 each leg
Medicine Ball Rotation x 20
Repeat 3-5 sets, resting for one minute in between!

I have been walking about three miles sometimes more ( I walk 5 days a week) for the last 3.5 months and watching my food intake. I am a newbie to exercise and I have lost 25 lbs so far. I wanted to buy a workout video that would help me with toning.

Need some ideas about how your daily meals should look? Here is a daily meal plan to help you with your fat loss goals.
Breakfast 1
yogurt, pecans, berries, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 apple
Breakfast 2
3 “omega-3″ egg omelet, 1oz cheese, mushrooms, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 green pepper, 1 orange, Greens Plus Drink, 2 cups Green Tea, 1 TBSP fish oil
After Workout
500ml chocolate milk
Lunch
chicken breast, spinach, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 yellow pepper, 1oz walnuts, 1 orange or grapefruit
Snack
1 apple, 2 oz almonds
Dinner
salmon or red meat, 1.5 cups broccoli, 1/2 cup asparagus, 1 tbspn carlsons fish oil
Snack
orange or grapefruit, 1 oz almonds
or
1 apple, 1 TBSP natural peanut butter
Sounds good, easy and doable to me!
