I know that this was something that I was always searching for online. I saw all these toned and fit women and wanted to know what THEY were eating so I could try it too!
Here is a typical 1600 calorie day for me. This is what I eat on a day when I do my heavy strength training workouts. (On interval days, I eat around 1350-1450 cals.)
BREAKFAST:
Banana, fresh, 0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Kroger Whole Grain Oats, 0.33 cup
Egg white, 3 serving
Egg, fresh, 2 large
International Delight Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, 1 tbsp
Silk -Soy Milk- No sugar, 0.5 serving
4Ever Fit Chocolate Shake, 1.5 serving 150
Dannon, Light & Fit, Strawberry (4 oz serving), 1 serving
4Ever Fit Chocolate Shake, 1 serving
Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup, 0.5 serving
LUNCH
Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 5 oz
Asian Stir Fry Veggies, 1 cup
Cream of Chicken Soup, 0.25 cup
DINNER
Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 4 oz
Ragu Sauce, 0.5 serving
Organic brown rice spirals, 2 oz
Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped
SNACK
Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves)

Here's what my typical day of meals looks like (I have no clue about calories right now but anyways...)
BREAKFAST:
1 packet of GoLean Instant Oatmeal
1/2 cup of blueberries
Coffee
MID MORNING SNACK:
Granny Smith Apple
or a South Beach Cereal Bar
LUNCH:
Usually left-overs like,
Brown Rice, Chicken Breasts and some sort of steamed veggie like Broccolli or a stir fry of veggies
AFTERNOON SNACK:
GoLean CRUNCH bar
DINNER:
Chicken of Fish, Red Potatoes, small salad
DESSERT:
1Trader Joes Tropical Fruit Ice Bar or Whole wheat Pita chips and hummus.
I range everyday... I try to eat between 1400-1700cals a day. I really try not to go over that..
Breakfast
Whole Grain Bread (1) with 1tblsp natural PB and 1tblsp half sugar jam
Coffee, double cream double sugar (I know, bad)
OR 2 slices of vienna bread, egg white omellette 1/ .25cups of shredded cheese
Snack
Orange
Lunch
Broth based soup
Whole Grain bun
Oven Roasted Shaved Turkey
Mustard
Snack
8 almonds or something I shouldn't eat like cookies LOL
Dinner
Chicken Breast
Grilled Veggies 2cups
Rice or potato
That is the average day. I know I need more veggies in my diet. I did really good with calorie counting and what not but I have been having trouble following through again.

trust me Tiffa, I cheat A LOT! LOL! That is why I am no where near being 'thin' in the average persons eyes.
4I used to not eat over 1000 cal, I was very extreme.
