In this Ab Circuit, you will be doing 4 exercises:
*Plank (either on toes or knees)-hold 15 seconds
*Mountain Climber/Alligator - 10 each side
*Bird Dog - 6 each side
*Ab Curl (on stability ball)- 20
After first circuit, rest for 1 minute and then continue with circuit up to 6x. Rest in between each circuit, but do not rest in between exercises.

Do you have any exercise suggestions for someone with MS? It affects walking so that is something I cannot do to lose and tone!!
