I have a question for everyone. I am trying a month long work out plan that has a pretty strict schedule... well last night was my first day. One of the exercises was the "Plank" I was to hold my position for 1 full minute. (I have never done the Plank before) My upper body is my weakest part and I had trouble holding that position for 20secs. LOL!!! Is there any cheat I can do to build up the ability to HOLD it for 1min?? Kind of like a girly pushup??
