Thanks fitness girl!!!!! I have a question about the second exercise. I've tried doing that one with the medicine ball and I think I'm doing it wrong. When you twist from side to side, do you keep your abs contracts? And how much weight do you use?
1I think my ball is too big... how big is your exercise ball supposed to be if you are 5'7"?!

Yes, you do contract your abs and it all depends on the weight. You can do it with a broom stick also, rested on your shoulders, the movement is more important than the weight. I use a 8lb. or 10lb. medicine ball.

5oh wow! I am using a 75cm, when I should be using a 55cm! No wonder!
