I started late April with an incentive to add cardio, and regular workouts, to my daily routine. I swam 0 to 1 mile in a 6 week program, accomplished that.. but got a bit bored.. now, I visit the gym regularly ($10 a month! cheap!) and do ellpitical.. soon... I want to add weights. Any suggestions for how to start my weight training, suggested workouts? Anyone else start on a Summer Fitness goal? How are you doing now?
