I started late April with an incentive to add cardio, and regular workouts, to my daily routine. I swam 0 to 1 mile in a 6 week program, accomplished that.. but got a bit bored.. now, I visit the gym regularly ($10 a month! cheap!) and do ellpitical.. soon... I want to add weights. Any suggestions for how to start my weight training, suggested workouts? Anyone else start on a Summer Fitness goal? How are you doing now?

If you click on my picture and check out the website I have listed on my page, there are some exercises and a newsletter to sign up and receive a free workout. That would be a great place to start with your strength training.
My summer fitness goal was to get to 17% body fat and be confident enough to wear shorts to the gym, so far I have not made it, but I'd definitely not giving up!
