I usually run or use the elliptical machine.

3Swimming and rowing on the stationary row machine are great ways to build muscle and tone while getting an intense cardio workout.

6I have done some capoeria on turbo jam videos..its fun!
7I've found whats best for me is to mix it up- don't just use the same machine. I tend to do my cardio in chunks- about 20 minute warm-up on the elliptical, and 10 on a bike, and then to finish off the workout I go back and do another 20 on the elliptical/rower/treadmill.
